Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, USPS, or Packet.

All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Please note that delays beyond our control — such as customs processing or postal disruptions — may occur. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Re-attempt delivery: Due to the nature of our shipments, we are unable to re-attempt delivery. Please ensure your shipping address and unit number are entered correctly at checkout.
